why i cant import my photos?

i m connecting my phone with my laptop as always but today it only shows me 1 folder with 10 pics. nothing more. i restart my pc and my phone and still nothing. i got 8.4.1 ios on iphone 5s. what is going wrong today? how i can fix it?
