MBP 11 Help Needed - Crashes and Hangs

Hello

I am having horrible experiences with my MBP for the last 2 weeks

MBP 15 inch from Early 2011

The laptop won't even allow me to log in to OS X

I reset the RAM, used safe boot and verbose boot, after about 21-25 reboots it worked out of no where and I tried to save my data, but it froze and hung once again.

I reinstalled OS X Yosemite, lost all my data, and still have issues with the computer rebooting out of nowhere, when I open safari/photo's app/iTunes.

The graphics get very choppy and reboot

I read about this problem,

Is it true that even with the repair it's still going to come up again? Many users here are saying that they still see the problem persist after the repair.

What is it exactly that they fix/repair?

A test is run to see if the GPU is faulty. If it is, the logic board is replaced. That is an expensive repair if not done under this program.

No, only the technicians at the Apple store have the test available.

So apple replaced my logic board, how can I tell if they replaced it with a new model?

I see a lot of people here saying the issues still persist, is this happening for everyone who's gotten it fixed or just a % of their repairs?

I know of no way of identifying the logic board physically. If the problem has gone away, it is safe to assume that the logic board has been replaced. With a new logic board, the replacement program is still applicable for your MBP.
