Latest Safari (Mac v. 8.08) and Bank of Montreal

Hi all,

Since this last update something odd is occurring when accessing my bank account on BMO's site. The Account Summary lists my accounts and totals however when clicking on a specific account no entries appear.

Tried making a payment and an error pops up indicating the date is wrong (it isn't)thus preventing payment from going through.

The Message Centre is missing from the top right corner.

Switching to Firefox resulted in normal behaviour: all entries listed in all accounts, payment was possible, and Message Center appears at top right.

Any clues as to what may be happening? I believe this started after updating to 10.10.5

Thanks.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), Alu 20 Display, 32GB Touch5G/iPad2

Might be a cookies issue.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.

Click: Remove All Website Data

Quit then relaunch Safari and try your bank website.

If you still have problems, troubleshoot Safari extensions and third party plugins.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test. If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

If it's not an extensions issue, try troubleshooting third party plug-ins.

Back to Safari > Preferences. This time select the Security tab. Deselect: Allow all other plug-ins. Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If that made a difference, instructions for troubleshooting plugins here.
