I have a desktop computer with Windows 8 and I am having problems with Itunes. It states that video is not supported when I try to play movie trailers. I have tried to uninstall current version on Itunes and the computer state it cannot uninstall becaus

Cannot play movie trailers on my windows 8 desktop computer. I tried to uninstall current Itunes and it says files not found. I have tried doing the update and it will not let me update Itunes either. There is a message about video not supported. Really upset that I cannot use Itunes.
