We submitted an itunes feed for review about 9 months ago received a communication like this.

and haven't head back since. I tried resubmitting and got something to the effect of "itunes podcast it appears the feed has already been submitted" How do I check what the heck happened?
That's because you've submitted it already, so submitting it again produces that error message. If your podcast hasn't appeared in the Store you could try contacting Support. Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and in the 'Choose a topic' choose 'Submission enquiry'.
