I cannot create a new email account (blueyonder.co.uk) on my ipad4 or iphone 5s. error showing - "the connection to the server imap.blueyonder.co.uk on port 993 has timed out"

Just checked this Email Account you need to go to Virgin media

Try the virginmedia server settings & set the account up manuall.
imap.virginmedia.com SSL on/ticked Port 993
smtp.virginmedia.com SSL on/ticked Port 465
username is your full email address
Make sure authentication is set to 'password' & also check that your username & your password is entered in both the incoming & outgoing settings.
