Encrypted docs in iCloud storage

i would like to delete docs from my iCloud storage...however all my docs are encrypted. How did they get this way and how can I unencrypt them so that I know what to delete?

I understand you want to delete Documents in the Cloud, but want them to be unencrypted so you can see what files you'd like to delete. The best option to delete Documents in the Cloud would be to access iCloud Drive via a web browser. Here is more information regarding this process.

DId you figure out how to unencryp and/or remove the file? I show a 2G encrypted file that's taking up nearly half of my cloud.
