Offline saved Music stops playing randomly ios 8.4.1 apple music app

using the apple music app on the latest update iOS 8.4.1 music still stops playing randomly just like before the recent update. I downloaded chvrches for offline listening because I expected unreliable connections while traveling by plane. delta has limited wifi and imusic doesn't seem to play even offline downloaded music while connected to a wifi network that doesn't have full connectivity. Apple why is this so hard can't y'all get this right?
