My apple tv worked for about a week and then it stopped. Now there is a flashing white light on the box. I unplugged everything and plugged it all back in multiple times and nothing. I tried replacing the battery in the remote and holding the menu button on the remote and nada. Nothing comes up on my TV at all. I tried to restore it to the factory settings but I can't do it from the menu settings so I tried plugging it into my mac to go through iTunes but iTunes does not recognize the apple TV as a device. What else can I do?!
