Q: iTunesMatch not available in iTunes despite an active subscription

I am running latest iTunes on Windows 8.1. I have an active iTunesMatch subscription and my machine is authorized. I have an active network connection and I can see my iCloud status etc. It even shows that the songs that are matched etc.

When I go to my iTunes menu ->Store I cannot find anywhere to activate or deactivate iTunesMatch. What is the reason for this, and how do I fix it?

    Howdy thebigfatgeek,

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

The information in the article linked below should answer your question about how to activate or deactivate iTunes Match on your PC.

Turn off iTunes Match Automatic Renewal

By default, iTunes Match will automatically renew your subscription at the end of your one-year subscription. You can cancel your subscription or unsubscribe to iTunes Match by turning off Automatic Renewal on your Mac or PC or on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

    On your Mac or PC

Click to open iTunes and sign in to your Account Information, or use the steps below:

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Click Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password.
    3. Click your name and select Account Info from the menu.
    4. Enter your password again.

    On the Account Information screen:

    1. Scroll to the iTunes in the Cloud section.
    2. To the right of iTunes Match, click Turn Off Automatic Renewal.

    Cheers.
