    Howdy delaine79,

My understanding is that you are part of a Family Sharing group and wish to remain so, but want to opt out of all of the Family Sharing services except the Calendar, is that correct?

Family Sharing, of course, involves quite a few services. The one that must be left in place is that payments for all purchases must be made by the organizer's credit card. See this article for reference - Family Sharing - Apple Support

    In particular -

To get started, one adult in your household—the family organizer—sets up Family Sharing, invites up to five additional family members, and agrees to pay for any iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases they initiate while part of the family group.

You can hide the purchases that you make from other family members by using the steps in these articles -

Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store

Hide and unhide purchases in the Mac App Store

If anyone is your family group has Ask to Buy enabled, someone (not necessarily you) must be able to approve or deny purchases. This article describes the features of Ask to Buy - Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy.

In particular, if you need to designate a different person to be the approver -

    Designate another approver (parent/guardian)

The organizer can also give another adult in the group permission to manage Ask to Buy requests. In iOS 8, tap Settings > iCloud > Family, tap your family member, then tap Parent/Guardian. In OS X Yosemite, choose Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud, select your family member, then select Parent/Guardian.

If you have a family photo album, you can opt out of it by simply not using it or contributing to it.

You can turn off Location Sharing if you do not wish to share your location with other members of the family group. This article tells how to set up location sharing and you can see that you can turn it off by going to Settings > iCloud > Share My Location and turning off the Share My Location switch - Family Sharing and location.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

    Best to you.
