iPone 5s won't turn on

Okay, so, this morning my I woke up and immediately went on my iPhone 5s (it is a 16 gb and barely had any storage space left), but it kept freezing and when i was on iMessage, it kept vibrating as if it were getting a bunch of notifications (it wasn't, it does that a lot when theres not enough storage) but then it started to work. A little later, I put it on airplane mode for a while because I was busy where I didn't want to get notifications on my phone. Then, I came back to use it and tried to take it off of airplane mode but it wouldn't come off but it let me use wifi while on airplane mode. So, I turned it off planning to restart it and it only goes to the white screen with the black apple logo and will not turn on. It just goes back off. I have tried to plug it into its charger and it still won't turn on! I have done this about 6 or 7 times including the one time with my charger. I have no idea what's happening, but I'd really appreciate all the help I could get.😕

Hold down the home and power buttons until you see the Apple logo.

If that doesn't work, erase it:

Restore using recovery mode

If you've never synced with iTunes or set up Find My iPhone in iCloud, you'll need to use recovery mode to restore your device. This will erase the device and its passcode.

  1. Connect your iOS device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
  2. While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't let go when you see the Apple logo — keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen.

  3. When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore.

iTunes will download software for your device. If it takes more than 15 minutes, your device will exit recovery mode and you'll need to repeat steps 2 and 3.

  4. Wait for the process to finish. Then you can set up and use your device.
