How do we do it on the latest version, 8.4.1? I can Mirror from my iPhone to an AppleTV, but not the iPad. I can see the Airplay devices on the network, and put a checkmark by them, but that's it. No Mirror option, even when I try to scroll in the Airplay control panel, it isn't there. IF I am playing a video, say on YouTube, then I can AirPlay just the video, but no Mirroring option. Again, I can do this on the iPhone.

Swipe from the bottom of the screen on the iPad up, to bring up the Control Center.

Tap on the Airplay Option there, and make sure Mirroring is turned on.

If there are many devices in the list, you may need to swipe on the list to scroll and be able to see the Mirroring option.

If its still not there, try rebooting the iPad. Hold down the Home and sleep/power buttons at the same time for 10 to 15 seconds or until the Apple Logo shows up.

Let the iPad reboot and try again. No data should be lost.

C'Mon. Are you guys just messing with me? If you read my posts, you'd see that I know HOW it is supposed to work. And, that the Mirror option. NEVER appear for me to switch on. It's absent. It's non-present. It's invisible. It no longer exists in this reality. It's passed on! The Mirror option is no more! It has ceased to be! It's expired and gone to meet it's programmer! It's a 'stiff!' Bereft of presence, it 'rests' in peace! If I hadn't used it on the iPhone I wouldn't think it'd just be 'pushing up the daisies!' It's logical processes are now history! It's 'off the twig!' It's 'kicked the bucket', it's 'shuffled off' this digital coil, 'run down the curtain' and 'joined the bleedin' choir invisible!!' THIS IS AN EX-MIRROR OPTION!!
