I've just moved house and tried to set my iMac up again, however, it's displaying like a grey 'no entry' sort of sign and a spinning icon underneath. Please help!

ive just moved house, and on attempting to restart my iMac, it's displaying a grey 'no entry' looking icon. With a spinning icon underneath. It's not progressing any further, I cannot put any passwords in etc. My mouse and keyboard are both connected. I can not do anything. Please help!
