I currently have both me and my mom synced to an apple account under my email because she doesn't know much about it. Now I'm going to college and wanted I to set her up with her own apple account where she can put her credit card on there and be able to purchase things and have all her own data and such. I was just wondering if she would lose all her data (contacts, photos, videos, etc) if I did this. We are also both currently connected to iCloud Photo Library, as well, so we both have each others photos/videos so, in total, there are about 4,000. I wanted to see if she would just be left with her photos, not mine, and the same for myself. Sorry if this is confusing but basically I want to know how I could set her up with a new account without losing any data. Thanks, in advance!!
