file print custom paper sizes are all gone
I just noticed that when I do a file print from any app, that all the custom paper sizes are missing... any idea on how that can happen and where to look to retrieve them, if they're not lost?

more info: I had many custom sizes I use to print to PDF... for whatever reason, ALL the custom sizes are GONE.
I did use inDesign (first time I've launched it is several months...) yesterday and created a sandbox document from a template then exported it to PDF...
Other than that, I cannot think of anything I've done that could have wiped my custom sizes...
