HELP!!!! Podcast cover art must 1400 X 1400 pixel JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests. HELP

So like many I'm having the notorious issue of being unable to submit my podcast to itunes due to the following error: Podcast cover art must be at least 1400 X 1400 pixel JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

I'm not sure whats wrong. I have a .PNG image well above 1400 x 1400 (its 2500 x 1333)

Anyone with any ideas whats going on?

In fact your image, which is at

is 1500x 800px. It must be 1400 x 1400 or bigger, maximum double that, and less than 500kB (yours is 872 kB).

Thanks for getting back to me!

Okay I converted it to 2813 x 1500 just to be safe and compressed it to a JPEG at 461kb and it still isnt working? Am I missing something still?

and is 1500 x 800px. Possibly Squarespace is reducing the size. I should make it 1400 x 1400 with white space above and below the image.

Just added a white background then proceeded to make it 3000 x 3000 with stretching enabled and it worked! Thank you so much for all your help!
