Keynote and AirPlay

HI. I'm currently using a keynote presentation as a Digital Menu Board for my restaurant. I've set it up to loop and then I have it streaming on AirPlay. However, there seems to be a time limit to where the AirPlay would cut off but the Keynote is still playing. I can't seem to find the settings to fix this so that AirPlay and Keynote would continue indefinitely until I stop it manually. Is there a way to do this?
