You indicated you rented it on your iPhone. Did you check your Videos app on the iPhone? If it is not showing on the iPhone, check the iTunes App>More>Purchased>Movies to see if it needs to be downloaded.
You cannot transfer it to any other iOS device. Here is a support article that should provide the info you need:
