Itunes works fine for me when my ipod is not connected but when I connect it doesn't work at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes several times, updated computer, put the ipod on disk mode but nothing seems to be working for me. It's really frustrating I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. Thanks.
