Mac Mini 1347 server 50% progress bar

Hi

I have MacMini 1347 server

They had 2x500gb HDD in raid, 1 of this HDD is faulty now, so I unplug this faulty HDD and progress bar i stuck on 50%. When I unplug all HDD and plug in USB stick with OS X installation is stuck on 50% ;/ I can't get to terminal only I can get to single user mode. One my friend say so maybe is problem because I had fusiondrive on so I try to split http://www.macworld.com/article/2015664/how-to-split-up-a-fusion-drive.html but this commends not working in single user mode like on the picture http://www.fotosik.pl/zdjecie/pelne/380c524520211b2a

Please Help me

Maybe is Program or something to reset to default EFI
