How can I submit ideas for restriction settings for future ios update to Apple?

HI

Really need the following restrictions to be enabled:

Screen Brightness

Deleting of messages (ie: not being able to)

Deleting Safari history (ie: not being able to, by swiping history entries and selecting delete/remove)

How can this be submitted to Apple to consider including on future ios updates, or is there a profile that i can install which would cover the above (screen brightness not really a necessity but would be nice).
