I just upgraded to Windows 10. Photo Stream is now broken. The My Photo Stream folder requires administrative permission to add files. How do I lower the permission level for this folder. I have made appropriate changes to the sharing and security settings.

iCloud is not yet compatible with Windows 10.
My sarcastic response notwithstanding,
I am not sure who broke Photostream, Microsoft or Apple. iCloud Photos causes W10 to run in an infinite loop setting up the desktop. iPhone pictures no longer appear as a folder, but an instance of iCloud Photos, which puts W10 into an infinite loop. So, until these children decide to play nice with each other, it appears that the only way I can get full depth pictures off of my iPhone is to email them to myself.
And one wonders why I don't have a Mac, and will not be buying another iPhone?
