i don't find a serial number to type in in MainStage!
is it the serial number for logic x?
i ve bought logic 7 and always updated till now with logic x!

You don't need any serial numbers for Mainstage. You just buy it from the Mac AppStore.

now i wanted to open it and i was asked for the serialnumber,...

Then you bought a Logic Studio package with real user manuals made of paper, right? The serial number for Mainstage should be printed on a card, which came with that package.

i just wanted to look in MainStage for the new auto sampler, and its only in the new version with this features. but anyway its senseless for me!
was looking for a sound managing system for the exs24-sampler!
