What happened to AirPlay control from my iPhone ?

Upgraded to latest versions and now in "music" app on my iPhone, I can't find anything related to airplay such as selecting which Airport express is to be active. Previously, I could wander around the house, garage or outdoors and with my iPhone, select which airplay/airport express would play music from my MacPro.
