I've seen several posts about this and read them.
I still can't seem to fix my feed.
I believe my image is the right size and I'm using feedburner for the feed.
Here is my feed url:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Powwowcast
What did I miss?

The URL given for your image is
http://www.powwowcast.com/podcast/powwowcast.jpg
This URL does not work and produces the error that 'powwowtoday.powwows.com is unavailable or may not exist' which suggests you have an unwanted redirect in place. (Trying in Terminal produced an error that server had reset it.)
Since you are hosting with libsyn - the best thing you can do is use the Libsyn tools for your feed.
Feedburner is not recommended for feed management anymore - as it has been a long time since google has updated it and feed burners future is questionable at best.
