i contacted again yesterday with the same question. i got a reply which was that i needed to go settings - icloud- and then photos and select download and keep originals. i done it and i thought my problem was solved as i could see 12 folders when i connected my phone instead 1. after i accessed each folder i cant find my most recent pics. i deleted apps, i deleted 1000 pictures and videos to make space on my phone and still they dont show up. what shall i do?
