How do I change the format of a MP4 to a MP3? I have seen similar questions, followed the suggestions to a "T" and am still unsuccessful! I am about ready to pull my hair out!!! I need this soon as it is for a competition.

so the link was very helpful! but when I get to step 4:
(4. Select one or more songs in your library, then from the File > Create New Version menu, Choose one of the following....)
The options I that show are:
"Create iPod or iPhone Version"
"Create iPad or Apple TV Version"
and the option I need, "Create MP3 Version" is there, but I cannot choose it.
Any other thoughts?
