I Cannot download 8.4. I keep getting a message that an error occurred and it cannot download. I haven't downloaded the last several updates and want to catch up now. How do I do it?

Connect your device to your computer, open iTunes, select your device and select Summary from the sidebar, then use the Update button at the top. Be sure you can upgrade:
