Q: How do I get photos from Cloud to my new phone?
I have allot of photos in the Cloud, but I have no idea how to get them on my phone. I just upgraded to iPhone 6, from a 5, and would like to get my photos back on my new phone. When I sync it on iTunes, it just says my photos are in the cloud. How do I get them onto my new phone? TIA
iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

Photo Stream is used as a way to transfer photos from one device to another. It is not meant as a way to permanently store photos in iCloud.
Following are 3 ways that you can transfer the photos from your computer to your phone:
1: Via Photo Stream. See the following link and note in particular the sections "How do I turn on my Photo Stream" and "When do photos upload to my Photo Stream" My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
or 2: via the USB cable using iTunes Photo Sync: Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support
or 3: via 3rd party apps such as http://www.photosync-app.com/
