Getting Http/1.1 Service Unavailable on iCloud login

Suddenly today, August 20 2015 I am getting "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" when I try to log into my iCloud acct via Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. I have tried numerous times and keep getting the same result. Strangely, I CAN login via Internet Explorer. Chrome is my preferred browser. Can anyone tell me what the issue with Chrome and Firefox might be?? THANKS!

PC with Win 7 64 bit. Google Chrome up to date. Firefox up to date. Assuming a recent Win update as my computer restarted last night while asleep.

FF works as does IE for me. In fact all browsers work just fine except Chrome. So my guess is this is a Chrome x64 and iCloud issue that neither of the parties are addressing.

Thanks, I finally figured out the issue and all is well for now!! All my browsers are working correctly, including chrome.

Akaratemom, I fixed it by simply putting my login and password in manually and clicking on the "arrow". I was having a problem using a password manager that did it automatically, and that was the issue. Hope that helps.

Roboform generates the same result. Used the back button and set Roboform to Fill only, not Fill and Submit, and then pressed the arrow. Second time was the charm. Can't figure out what the problem is, but this workaround seems to solve it.
