Q: Missing videos after iTunes 12.2.2.25 upgrade

After the latest upgrade, videos I created myself on iMovie as well as recorded on an iTouch have all went missing, as well as videos I've actually purchased directly from iTunes. Most of my music is now NOT downloaded on any of my devices, including my MacBook Pro, so I am actually quite frustrated and spoke to one customer representative who gave me their number to call back and I have left several voicemails as well as sent several emails. The Genius Bar is booked for several days and I'm at a loss as to how to resolve this issue. Hoping someone might have had the same issue and can help.
