Every time I try to update or add a app it prompts me saying I have a purchase that was declined and I need to add new credit card or put my 3 digit credit card on file security code. The problem is I have not purchased anything thru App Store. more

If iTunes indicates that you have a pending or unpaid purchase, you can review your purchase history using the steps in See your purchase history in the iTunes Store. In addition to finding out about the charges on your account, you can also get help from iTunes Store Support if necessary.
