So basically I am running the latest version of iTunes with a 70 MBS download and 10 MBS upload speed and the iTunes radios are jokingly slow. WWhat do you mean the iTunes Radio is slow? Slow to connect or skipping during play? Slow to connect could be your DNS. Who do you use? It would probably be the ISP's DNS unless you have changed to a public DNS.

I have had this experience in the past. I solved it by deleting the last week of cache in Google Chrome so that is an option if you use Chrome. I don't know how to clear cache in Edge but you get the idea. I can walk you through Chrome if you use that browser.
I tried it, I even tried uninstalling chrome, no dice.
