How to connect iPhone 6 to 2005 Prius bluetooth

My Prius wants me to enter a four-digit code into iPhone in order to connect. I can't find a place on the iPhone to enter s code. Any ideas?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1

You need to go to settings-->bluetooth on your phone, make sure Bluetooth is turned on (green) and says "now discoverable" while you're setting up the Prius Bluetooth (when you're at the part that says find devices or whatever--I don't have my '05 Prius anymore, sorry). Once they "find each other" it should give you a place to enter the number.
