IPod Touch 4G works fine on doc station but when I replaced the screen it won't work

So I had the screen on my IPod Touch screen replaced but no display so I unhooked the screen and it works on my doc station and it pops up on my laptop when connected but when I hook the replacement it wont work at all this is a picture of it working on the doc stration screen it will not work???
