I checked the URL of your top episode's media file in a browser:

http://torontogospel.com/sermons/?show&file_name=August%208%202015-%20Broadcast% 20with%20Ptr%20Joven%20Ptr%20Boots%20Part%201.mp3

This leads to a web page containing an embedded player. When I subscribed to the feed in iTunes the episodes did appear, but the top one did not download as it should have. When I played it it started to stream it, then after a couple of seconds stopped and rebuffered - this kept happening.

You will need to take this up with the people running your server. It sounds as if wherever you are storing your files is not suitable to the job.

Though most of your episodes have MP3 files, the top one does not. The Store checks only the top episode in the feed when it's submitted, so this is why you've got the error message. You need to ensure that your top episode does contain a media file.

When you have a problem it's best to start your own thread. Adding to an existing thread can sometimes cause confusion as answers get interleaved, and as you see though the symptoms appear to be the same the cause is quite different.
