    Hello Freddie,

    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

     

    If I understand your post correctly, you would like to sign out of Apple Music in iTunes on your Windows PC.  To do this please follow the steps outlined below.

     

    1. Make sure that you're signed in to iTunes with the Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership. 
    2. Windows: Press Control + B on your keyboard to open the iTunes menu bar. Choose iTunes > Preferences, and turn off iCloud Music Library. 

     

    Check your Apple Music library settings - Apple Support
