Instructions say go to iTunes Menu "File" "Device" is OK, then "Transfer Purchases" and "Backup" were grayed out. What can I do?
iCloud backup is blocked by my company so I need to get a backup.

Hi, I did follow these instructions.
Save content that you downloaded from the iTunes Store or App Store by clicking File > Devices > Transfer Purchases.
But the "Transfer Purchases" and "Backup" options were grayed out and couldn't be selected.

1. Make sure you are signed in to iTunes with the same account you use on your phone for purchasing items.
2. make sure your Mac is authorised( go to iTunes/Store/Authorise this computer)
