Q: Phone saying no connection available

Phone has a connection - able to get on the net etc. but emails keep showing up no connection available although there is one, sometimes emails come through but still get the message

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

If your iPhone can connect to the internet but you see "no connection available" in the Mail app, first force the app to close using the steps in Force an app to close in iOS.

If the error message continues, try steps 2 - 5 in Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
