Quicktime Pro, Movie image sequence

I have created a short movie in quicktime pro 7, by stitching my images from Vray renders. There are over 2000's images that i stitched to create a sequence for my movie.

I have the finish product of the video however the file size is 101,767 kb which is extremely large. Is there anyway to reduce the file size when importing the still frame or when creating the video?
