free provisioning does not work

Hi

I'm trying to test my app on my iPhone, I'm in Xcode with my project, i've added my account and it says it's not on any development teams, and the view details thing is blocked. Clicking on fix issue does not help either because it just comes with a message that i need a developer account to be able to use this.... Any ideas please?
