Q: How to get the itunes-library ratings to the new Itunes..?

Hi all,

I just recently formatted my computer and before i did, I copied the iTunes Library.itl - file to an external hard drive.

I have win  7 / PC.

Now i can't seem to get the ratings to get back!

I tried the following:

-I downloaded the newest Itunes to my computer

-Uploaded songs from computer to Itunes

-Turned off itunes

-Searched for the current library and replaced it with the old one that i had on the external hard drive.

-I reopen Itunes, nothing has happened. All reviews are gone.

Please help, I've been reviewing these songs for several years....... SO NICE.
