It's a scam. I took the survey twice and I still haven't recieved either the iPhone 6 or 7 I was promised.

They have no doubt sold or are using whatever private information you gave them; at the very least they'll use your email address as a valid return address when sending out spam since they now know that it is, indeed, a valid email address. I am assuming you were joking when you said you took the survey?
