I try use imessage with my friend but don't work. I can use imessage with my father (tested) but not her. And she can use imessage (tested too) with brother but not with me.
Anyone have a solution plz ?

no she can send a iMessage with me (and me with her) but we can send iMessage with other contact
Try holding the sleep/wake and home button until the Apple logo appears and try again.
does'nt work. I tried to restart my iphone after what you told me but there was no change
Have you tried this stwp from the above Apple article:
Delete existing conversations
If you can't send messages to a certain recipient, delete any conversations you have with them and try sending a new message. When you delete a conversation, you won’t be able to recover it. Make sure that you take a screenshot or forward any messages that you want to keep.
I delete and my friend too but it doesn't work.
Follow these steps from the article next:
Turn iMessage off and back on
Go to Settings > Messages and turn iMessage off, then back on.
Sign out and back in to iMessage and FaceTime

I tried too the steps for reset cellular data
And my version is the last for Iphone 4, i can't update.
iMessage works because i can use it with my father and she can use it too with brother and other friends. But, we can't use iMessage together.
One more idea before a restore. Try settings>general>reset>reset all settings (no data will be lost, but all settings will be back to factory default)

before that, do you confirm the iMessage work with anyone in the world/country ?
I'm french, my father too and it's work. My friend lives in Switzerland, brother too and it's work. She can use iMessage too with other friends in spain and US.
Are you sure a problème are resolved if i restore to factory settings ?
