What do you mean by 'recover my itunes billing receipt' ? You are only sent one copy of each email receipt, if you've deleted the emails then you can view your account's purchase history via your computer's iTunes (you can't request replacement email receipts) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
Because i want to change my email in clash of clans game , they need my
receipt billing itunes from my first gem in that game . So i already use
this method in itunes and purchase history but i can't find my first
billing receipt of clash of clans game ..

I Have a charge from iTunes that I did not do
If it shows on your account, and nobody else has access to your account or devices/computers and did it, then change your account's password and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here
