Q: URGENT!!! Macbook Pro Early 2015(13") Battery Draining and Overheating when idle.

Hello, I bought my macbook pro this April and it was working fine. Today I noticed a strange thing which was that:
1. Macbook is overheating when idle
2. Macbook is draining battery extremely fast even when idle. (it loses 1% every 2 minutes)

I have removed useless startup apps, activity monitor and still facing the problem, please help.

Recently I installed windows 10 through bootcamp but i don't think it is the cause.

The battery drains on OSX Yosemite. haven't checked on windows 10.

Please help me out.

Choose the method for “On Mac notebooks with non-removable battery”.

Hi, i followed the steps. Is there any screen that pops up after reboot? does the mac shows that SMC is resetting or something? I did not see any screen that shows that my mac's SMC is resetting or something. and the problem still persists.

Hi, Thanks a lot for this. In the activity monitor, I saw that the Printer software which i recently installed was using my CPU with more than 90%, even when it was idle. So, I uninstalled the printer and now the CPU usage is around 3% where as Idle process is more than 90%. My Battery is working fine now and Mac isn't overheating as it used to.
