Q: Mac mini start up problem

i have a 2011 Mac mini start up problem as soon as switched on the screen appears with pale pink and grey stripes then after a few seconds the apple logo appears with the start up bar after a minute or so the screen turns pLe grey and that's it stuck any ideas ? Also its the same in safe mode
