Can't hide apps from Family Sharing

I'm trying to hide a couple of apps from Family Sharing, but they won't stay hidden - I select 'hide' on my iPad and they disappear, but then reappear and are still visible to all on Family Sharing. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do about it? Thank you 🙂

(I've tried using iTunes on my PC to hide them, but for some reason that won't even let me login to my account - I get an error message saying to check my internet connection, but there's no problem with Internet access, so hiding them on there isn't an option).

Oh, right, thank you!

Does anyone have any idea what to do about error message code 0x80090318 on iTunes? It says to check my internet access, which I know is fine. I found advice online to type netsh winsock reset in the command prompt, as this helped loads of people with the same error message, but it didn't work for me. Any ideas anyone?
