Q: Redeeming apple card

I have a apple card but need to use for iTunes purchases. I have tried scanning to redeem but iTunes will not accept. I have called to check balance to make sure it had money on it and it has $25.

    If it's an Apple Store card then it can only be used in Apple's online store and their bricks-and-mortar stores, they can't be used in iTunes (iTunes and App Store gift cards can be redeemed onto an iTunes account). If that is what you have you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will put it onto your iTunes account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

    why is it that i cannot use my money that i have in my account to use as billing info!  plus you guys keep deleting my music even though ive paid for it already!!! AND still even after i put a song for offline you people still just delete it a couple hours later!  i bought this ipod to use with music not to be harrased everyday about billing info when there is already fu*kin money on my account!!!

    ps. this message is to apple and itunes!
